"Really frustrating website experience"
I tried using the site and got frustrated. It was slow, kept glitching when I searched or tried to add items, and the filters didn’t seem to work right. I even had my sister take a look to make sure it wasn’t just me, but she ran into the same issues. Checkout was confusing too, and after wasting way too much time, I just gave up

"Decent rewards, but they take a while"
The points are nice and they do help a bit, but I wish there were more offers to choose from. It also feels like it takes longer than expected to actually see the rewards add up. It’s not a bad program, but i was hoping it would feel a little more exciting and rewarding

"Payment failed twice and my money was still put on hold"
I tried to place an order and pay for it twice, and both times the payment failed on the site. The annoying part was that when I checked my bank account afterward, I could still see the charges sitting there as pending, so my money was basically tied up even though the order never went through. I reached out to support hoping it would be sorted quickly, but the response took longer than I expected and the whole thing just became frustrating. after dealing with failed payments, pending charges, and slow support, I don’t think I’ll be ordering from here again.

I ordered groceries from Lulu Hypermarket and the checkout was simple. My cart updated properly, my saved address was already there, and the payment options were easy enough to figure out.

The only thing was after I clicked pay, the page took a few seconds to respond, so I wasn’t sure if the order had actually gone through. Could’ve just been bad timing and maybe the site was busy when I ordered. I did get the confirmation shortly after, so overall it was a good experience, just wish that final step was a bit quicker.

"Slow delivery, but I guess it finally showed up"
I chose a delivery slot and still ended up waiting around for almost the entire day, which was frustrating. There wasn’t really a clear update either, and customer service just kept telling me it was on the way. It did eventually arrive, so I can’t say it never came, but by then a few of the groceries weren’t even useful to me anymore. I guess it worked out in the end, but i don’t think I’d order grocery delivery from here again...

I ordered groceries from Lulu and the tracking was really useless. It just stayed on the same status for days, so I had no idea where my stuff was or when it would arrive. I contacted customer support too, but they didn’t really give me a clear answer. It was annoying, especially when you’re waiting on groceries. I don’t think I’ll be ordering online from Lulu again anytime soon.

I ordered groceries from luluhypermarket.com, and for some reason the packing was just really careless. They put heavy cans on top of things like bread and chips, so by the time it arrived, both were crushed.

One shampoo bottle had leaked inside the bag too, and it made the rice packet all sticky. It didn’t look like anything was sealed properly, just a bunch of loose items thrown together.

The delivery did come on time, which I appreciated, but I expected at least basic care with the packing. With stuff arriving like that, I don’t really feel like ordering again

"Items show as available, then disappear"
I’ve ordered from luluhypermarket.com a few times, and the stock availability has been really frustrating. Items look like they’re available when I add them to my cart, but after placing the order, they either call to say they don’t have them or just remove them. It’s happened with fruits, milk, and some household essentials. The delivery itself is fine, but it feels like a waste when I’m counting on those items and end up missing half of what I needed. I’d rather not risk losing time and planning another shopping trip because the website stock wasn’t updated properly.

I ordered some vegetables and chicken from luluhypermarket.com, and while the delivery arrived on time, the quality really wasn’t great. The tomatoes were already soft, the coriander had turned yellow, and the chicken smelled odd, so I didn’t feel safe using it. Maybe I just got unlucky, but i’d be careful ordering fresh items from them online. I expected much better.

"Not enough options online"
I checked out Lulu Hypermarket expecting to find a good mix of products, but the choices felt really, really limited. A lot of categories only had a few items, and some of the regular stuff I usually buy just wasn’t there at all.

It gets a bit frustrating when you keep browsing and browsing but still can’t find basic options. For online shopping, I feel like they really need to add more products and make the selection much better.

The vegetables showed up looking stale, and a lot of the fruit was bruised. I reached out, but it felt like I was just another ticket number instead of an actual customer. Disappointing experience, and I don’t think I’ll be ordering again...

I didn’t notice much else about the order because I was so focused on the substitutions. They swapped a few items without asking me first, which was really frustrating. I would’ve preferred a quick message or just leaving them out instead of choosing replacements for me.

I checked a few other shops before ordering and the prices here just didn’t feel very competitive. They seemed higher than what I was finding elsewhere, so it was hard to justify buying from them. What made it more frustrating was that when I had questions, it felt like nobody really wanted to take ownership or give a clear answer. Overall, I didn’t feel like it was worth placing an order.

My order arrived on time, and the courier was really polite. He called before reaching and handled all the bags carefully, which I appreciated. There was a small delay with the checkout updates, but overall the delivery guy was super professional 👍

"Wrong items a few too many times"
I’ve ordered from luluhypermarket.com a few times now, and the delivery itself is usually kinda okay. The main issue for me has been the order accuracy, which hasn’t been great.

In my last order, I got the wrong yogurt, the apples were missing, and one item was replaced without anyone checking with me first. It’s kinda frustrating when you’ve planned meals around what you ordered and then a bunch of things turn out different.

Customer care did refund part of the amount, which I appreciated, but I still don’t really want to inspect every single bag every time. They kinda need to improve how they pick and pack orders.
